PRODUCTS

Area: 11 hectares of organic cultivation.
Cultivation: Vineyards, Olive Grove, Ancient Fruits, Saffron, Old Varieties of Vegetables and Legumes.

At the PODERE PRETOIA all the land is cultivated to respect nature, using the latest organic methods. Chianti and Vernaccia di S.Gimignano wine is the main product. We also produce and bottle Grappa, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Legumes. Saffron, a spice that in ancient times was produced and traded in great quantities in the S.Gimignano area, is also available.

Our products can be bought directly at the farm or at NATURALIMENTA, a small shop supplying natural and typical Tuscan products, situated in the mediaeval small town of Colle Val d'Elsa, close to Poggibonsi.
